Summary

This study aimed to see if non-surgical treatment works as well as surgery for certain types of spine fractures in the middle and lower back. Researchers followed 40 patients who received non-surgical care and compared their recovery over a year to 40 similar patients who had surgery in the past. The goal was to measure pain, mobility, and quality of life to help doctors choose the best treatment.
