Summary

This study looked at two different physical therapy methods for people with low back pain that travels down the leg (lumbar radiculopathy). Twenty adults were split into two groups: one received spinal mobilization with leg movement, and the other received nerve gliding exercises. Over six weeks, researchers measured pain, daily function, and hip movement to see which approach worked better.
