Summary
This study is comparing two common surgeries for lumbar spinal stenosis, a condition that causes back and leg pain. Patients will be randomly assigned to receive either a standard decompression surgery or the same surgery with added screws for stability. Researchers want to see which approach leads to better pain relief, improved function, and fewer complications for patients.
