Summary
This study is collecting information from 5,000 adults with spinal problems to learn more about their pain, daily life, and how treatments work in the real world. Participants will fill out questionnaires about their pain, work status, and overall well-being at regular visits. The goal is to improve future care for people with back and neck pain.
