Doctors test new spinal needle design in routine surgeries

NCT ID NCT05953363

Summary

This study observed how well a new type of spinal needle and syringe system works during real-world anesthesia procedures. Researchers followed 161 patients for about 10 days after their spinal injections to see how successfully the needles were placed and to check for side effects like headaches. The goal was to gather real-world safety and performance data on these already-approved medical devices.
