Summary
This study aims to find out if spinal manipulation (a hands-on treatment often performed by chiropractors or osteopaths) provides better short-term pain relief for recent low back pain than other types of manual therapy. It will involve 416 adults with recent back pain. Researchers will compare pain levels and function over three months to see which approach works better.
