New spinal implant tested for safety and effectiveness

NCT ID NCT05566704

Summary

This study tested the safety and performance of the Modulus ALIF system, a medical device used in spinal fusion surgery. Researchers followed 123 patients with degenerative disc disease, spondylolisthesis, or spinal stenosis who received the implant. They checked for complications, looked at X-rays to see if bones fused properly, and tracked patients' pain and disability levels over time.
