Summary
This study is testing whether a surgically implanted electrical stimulator can help people with chronic spinal cord injuries regain movement and feeling. Ten participants will have the device placed in their spine and receive personalized stimulation settings during rehabilitation. Researchers will track changes in walking ability, independence, and quality of life over six months to see if the treatment is safe and effective.
