Spinal zap may help kids with spinal cord injury walk again

Summary

This study tests whether a non-invasive spinal stimulation device (TSCS) is safe and can improve walking in children aged 3-16 with incomplete spinal cord injury. Twenty participants will receive either real or sham stimulation combined with eight weeks of gait training. The goal is to see if the stimulation reduces effort and improves walking function.
