App tracks pain relief from spinal implants

NCT ID NCT05775510

Summary

This study aimed to test a mobile app for collecting patient feedback and understand the experience of people using spinal cord stimulation (SCS) devices to manage chronic pain. It involved 91 adults who were already scheduled to receive a Medtronic SCS system. The study was terminated early and focused on gathering data through patient surveys rather than testing a new treatment.
