Spinal stimulator and robot suit help paralyzed patients walk again

Summary
This study is testing whether a combination of spinal cord stimulation, a wearable robot suit for walking, and strength training can help people with severe spinal cord injuries regain the ability to walk on their own. Researchers will compare two groups over 12 months: one using all three methods, and another using just the robot suit and stimulation. The goal is to improve walking speed, muscle quality, heart health, and bladder control for people who are currently paralyzed.
