NCT ID NCT07223710

Summary

This study is testing a new therapy to help people with chronic spinal cord injury walk better. Researchers will combine a brief, loud sound with electrical leg stimulation and walking training to try and activate hidden nerve pathways. The goal is to see if this combination improves walking speed and leg strength more than standard training alone.
