Summary
This study is testing a treatment called ARC-IM Therapy, which uses a device placed near the spinal cord to send mild electrical pulses. The goal is to help people with recent or long-term spinal cord injury improve their ability to walk. The study will include 12 adults aged 18 to 65 with injuries at or above the T10 vertebra. Researchers are primarily checking if the treatment is safe, and also looking at whether it helps with walking and other functions.
