Researchers map pain patterns in spinal injury patients
NCT ID NCT06278740
Summary
This study aimed to understand why people with spinal cord injuries often develop shoulder, elbow, and wrist problems. Researchers examined 80 patients using ultrasound scans and physical tests to see how wheelchair use duration, injury time, and other factors relate to these musculoskeletal issues. The goal was to gather information that could help improve future care, not to test a specific treatment.
