Summary
This large European study aims to understand how people naturally recover from spinal cord injuries. Researchers will follow 8,000 patients through rehabilitation, measuring their independence, movement, and nerve function. The data will create a detailed picture of recovery to help test future treatments that might repair spinal cord damage.
