Self-Balancing exoskeleton could restore mobility for spinal cord injury patients

Summary

This study tests a new hands-free, self-balancing exoskeleton designed to help people with spinal cord injury walk again. Researchers will enroll 12 adults with paralysis to see if the device is safe and effective for everyday use. Participants will train and be assessed over several visits to measure how well they can move and walk with the exoskeleton.
