Summary
This study aims to find the best way to manage pain after back stabilization surgery. Researchers will compare two different nerve-blocking techniques to see which provides better pain relief with fewer side effects. The study will involve 60 adults undergoing planned back surgery, measuring their pain levels and medication needs after the procedure.
