Summary

This study tested whether hands-on cooking and nutrition education could help adults ages 31-59 improve their eating habits. Fifty-five participants who cook at home at least once a week took part. The goal was to see if this approach is practical and liked by people, and if it leads to better diet quality compared to standard advice.
