New drug combo tested for Tough-to-Treat breast cancer

Summary
This study is testing whether adding an experimental drug called SPH4336 to standard hormone therapy can help control advanced breast cancer that has continued to grow despite prior treatment. It will involve about 254 adults with hormone-sensitive, HER2-negative breast cancer that has spread and worsened on a common prior drug combination. The main goals are to see if the new combination shrinks tumors and delays cancer progression.
