New hope for breast cancer patients with brain tumors: drug combo shows promise

Summary
This study tests a new drug called SPH4336 combined with hormone therapy for people with a type of breast cancer (HR-positive, HER2-negative) that has spread to the brain. The goal is to see if the combination can shrink or control brain tumors. About 52 adults with advanced disease who cannot have surgery will take part.
