New Two-Drug combo trial offers hope for Tough-to-Treat cancers

NCT ID NCT05944224

Summary

This study is testing whether a new drug called SPH4336 works better alone or when combined with another drug, cadonilimab, for people with advanced solid tumors that can't be removed by surgery. The main goal is to see if the treatment can slow or stop cancer growth and is safe for patients. Researchers will measure how long patients live without their cancer getting worse and monitor for side effects.
