Scientists map Brain's speech learning network
NCT ID NCT06467292
Summary
This Yale University study aims to understand how different brain areas work together when people learn and remember new speech patterns. Researchers will use brain stimulation and altered audio feedback with 330 healthy adults to test whether sensory areas are just as important as motor areas for speech learning. The study will not provide treatment but seeks to advance basic knowledge about speech and brain function.
