First seen Jan 07, 2026 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 24 times

Summary

This study tests a new type of CT scan that takes pictures during cancer treatments like embolization or ablation for liver and kidney tumors. The goal is to see if the new method provides clearer images and helps doctors guide procedures more precisely. About 30 adults with tumors larger than 1.5 cm will participate. The study focuses on image quality and safety, not on curing the disease.
