Sharper scan aims to spot lingering liver cancer
NCT ID NCT07351669
Summary
This study is testing whether a newer type of CT scan, called spectral CT, can more accurately tell if a common liver cancer treatment (TACE) has worked. Researchers will compare the new scan's results to standard CT scans and to other medical tests in 250 patients. The goal is to see if spectral CT gives doctors a clearer picture of whether any cancer cells remain after treatment.
