Summary

This study tests a treatment that uses lasers and a light-sensitive drug to destroy cancer cells in the prostate without major surgery. It is for men whose prostate cancer has returned after radiation therapy and who cannot have surgery or more radiation. The goal is to see if the treatment is safe and can clear the cancer.
