Summary
This study looks at whether a team of experts working together can improve treatment for muscle spasticity (uncontrollable tightening or spasms). About 30 adults with spasticity will receive botulinum toxin injections along with non-drug therapies tailored to their personal goals. Researchers will measure if this combined approach helps patients achieve what matters most to them in daily life.
