New study: can a care team beat muscle spasms?

Summary
This study looks at whether a team of experts working together can better treat muscle tightness and spasms (spasticity) using botox injections and other therapies like physical therapy. About 30 adults with spasticity will receive this coordinated care. The goal is to see if this approach helps each person achieve their own treatment goals and improves their daily function.
