Summary
This study aims to see how well a coordinated team approach works for treating spasticity, which is involuntary muscle tightness. It will test a combination of Botox injections and various physical therapies. The study will follow 30 adults to see if this personalized, team-based plan helps them reach their personal movement and comfort goals.
