Summary

This study tests a drug called sparsentan in 20 adults who have had a kidney transplant and still have protein in their urine due to IgA nephropathy or FSGS. The goal is to see if the drug can safely reduce protein levels over 36 weeks. Participants take one pill daily, and the study measures changes in urine protein and kidney function.
