New drug duo aims to outsmart tough cancers in kids & adults

Summary
This study is testing whether combining two drugs, spartalizumab and pazopanib, can help control advanced solid tumors that have come back or stopped responding to standard treatments. It will enroll about 80 children and adults to find the safest dose for kids and see if the combination can stop tumor growth for at least 6 months in adults. The approach aims to boost the immune system's ability to fight cancer while also targeting the tumor's blood supply.
