Summary
This study is testing a drug called sparsentan to see if it can reduce severe proteinuria, a type of kidney damage, in cancer patients. The damage is caused by a specific class of anti-cancer drugs. The goal is to control this side effect so patients can continue their cancer treatment without interruption.
