Summary
This study looks for a specific immune problem called SPAD in adults aged 18-65 who have had unexplained, frequent, or severe bacterial respiratory infections for at least two years. Participants will receive a special vaccine to test their immune response. The goal is to better diagnose this condition and see if treatments like antibiotics or immunoglobulin therapy can reduce infections and improve quality of life.
