Can a spa cure your aching knees?

Summary
This study is testing whether a 20-day thermal spa treatment in Enghien-les-Bains, France, can meaningfully reduce pain and improve daily function for people with knee osteoarthritis. It will enroll 76 participants aged 50-80 and compare their results at 6 months to a group of similar patients who received only standard care. The goal is to see if this spa therapy offers lasting relief from arthritis symptoms.
