Summary
This study is testing whether eating foods containing soybean oil every day for 16 weeks can reduce harmful fat buildup in the liver. It involves 74 adults diagnosed with nonalcoholic fatty liver disease. Researchers will use MRI scans to see if the oil helps lower liver fat and belly fat, and measure its effects on blood fats and inflammation.
