Summary
This study tests a new drug called acalabrutinib combined with standard chemotherapy (R-CHOP) in people with untreated mantle cell lymphoma who cannot have a stem cell transplant. The goal is to see how well the combination shrinks tumors and how safe it is. Participants will continue taking acalabrutinib long-term to keep the cancer under control, but this is not a cure.
