NCT ID NCT06934122

Summary

This study is testing whether hearing a cracking sound during a spinal manipulation treatment affects how much pain relief people feel. It involves 38 adults with non-specific neck and upper back pain. One group receives a manipulation that makes an audible sound, while the other receives one that does not, to compare effects on pain, satisfaction, and disability.
