New drug combo targets tough lung cancer mutation

Summary

This study tests a combination of two drugs, sotorasib and trastuzumab deruxtecan, in people with advanced non-small cell lung cancer that has a specific KRAS G12C mutation. The goal is to see if the combination is safe and can shrink tumors. About 37 adults who have already tried other treatments will take part.
