Summary
This study is testing a drug called sotatercept in children aged 1 to 18 who have pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH), a serious condition that causes high blood pressure in the lungs. The main goal is to see if the drug is safe and how the body processes it over 24 weeks while children continue their standard treatments. Researchers will also check if the drug helps improve heart function, walking ability, and quality of life.
