Summary
This study aims to find the best way to manage common sore throats to reduce unnecessary antibiotic prescriptions. It will compare whether patients are best assessed first by a doctor, a trained nurse, or a trained pharmacist. The research also checks how often COVID-19 is the cause of these sore throats.
