Summary
This study tested a combination of two drugs, sorafenib and irinotecan, in 64 adults with metastatic colorectal cancer that has a K-RAS mutation and has progressed after prior treatment. The goal was to see if the combination could control the disease and to check for side effects. The trial was completed but results are not yet widely reported.
