Summary
This study compares a new drug pair (sonrotoclax plus zanubrutinib) to a standard pair (venetoclax plus acalabrutinib) in 500 adults with untreated chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL). The goal is to see which combination better delays disease progression and clears cancer cells from blood and bone marrow. Participants take the pills for a fixed period, not indefinitely.
