NCT ID NCT07341191

First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Aug 12, 2026 · Updated 4 times

Summary

This study tests whether adding two oral medications (sonrotoclax and zanubrutinib) to standard CAR-T cell therapy can improve treatment results for people with mantle cell lymphoma that has come back or not responded to prior treatment. About 40 adults who are already eligible for CAR-T therapy will take these drugs alongside their usual care. The goal is to see if this combination leads to better cancer control and longer survival.
