New hope for aggressive lymphoma: triple-drug combo enters first human tests

NCT ID NCT07548255

First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026

Summary

This early-phase study tests whether a combination of three drugs (sonrotoclax, zanubrutinib, and obinutuzumab) can shrink or eliminate mantle cell lymphoma in people with high-risk forms of the disease. About 28 newly diagnosed adults will receive the treatment and be monitored for response and side effects. The goal is to see if this approach works better than current therapies, but ongoing treatment or monitoring may still be needed.
