Faster drug Ramp-Up tested for tough blood cancers
NCT ID NCT06839053
Summary
This study is testing if a faster, higher dose increase of a new drug called sonrotoclax is safe and tolerable for patients with certain blood cancers. It is for adults with chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL), small lymphocytic lymphoma (SLL), or mantle cell lymphoma (MCL), including cases that are new, have returned, or are resistant to treatment. Patients first receive one of two standard drugs to reduce the cancer, then take sonrotoclax pills daily, with the dose increased more quickly than usual.
