Summary
This study tested if a special sonic tool for cleaning the tooth during a root canal reduces pain afterward. 58 patients were randomly assigned to get either the sonic cleaning or the standard syringe cleaning. Researchers measured their pain levels for a week after the procedure to see which method worked better for comfort.
