Summary

This study looks at the best time to add a CDK4/6 inhibitor to hormone therapy for women with advanced hormone-receptor-positive breast cancer. About 1,050 participants will either get the drug combination as their first treatment or wait until their second line of therapy. The goal is to see which approach gives longer control of the cancer without worsening quality of life.
