Summary

This large study aims to find the best sequence for two standard treatments for advanced, hormone-sensitive breast cancer. It will compare starting with a powerful but costly combination drug right away versus saving it for the second line of treatment. The goal is to see which order provides better long-term disease control and quality of life for over 1,000 participants.
