Summary

This study is testing whether a 7-week therapeutic song-writing program can help young people with mild to moderate depression. Researchers will compare 120 participants, aged 13-24, who either join the program immediately or are placed on a waitlist. The goal is to see if the program reduces depressive symptoms and improves self-esteem, hope, and social support.
