Summary
This study is looking back at patient records to see if a specific high-fiber diet helped adults with chronic constipation feel better. Researchers will analyze data from about 180 UK patients who tried the diet, which focuses on certain types of fiber and sugars. The goal is to see if this dietary approach can reduce symptoms like bloating and improve bowel movements.
