Summary

This study tested a treatment for people with solid tumors that have spread to the lining of the brain (leptomeningeal metastasis). Participants received whole-brain radiation plus a chemotherapy drug (thiotepa) injected into the spinal fluid, while continuing their regular cancer treatment. The goal was to see if this combination is safe and helps control the disease better than previous approaches.
